IT Support Engineer · New York City
IT Support & Systems Administration · ITSM · Automation & API Integrations
I'm Mantie Reid II, an IT professional based in New York City with over six years of experience in IT support, systems administration, IT service management, and technology implementation. I'm currently an IT Support Engineer at The Shubert Organization, where I've led ITSM modernization, workflow automation, system integrations, documentation, and process improvement.
I recently completed my MBA in IT Management and I'm focused on growing into IT leadership and service delivery roles. Outside of work I build projects with Python, APIs, data visualization, automation, web development, and game development — including analyzing more than 100 million rows of NYC subway ridership data and turning it into interactive dashboards.
Led the migration to a modern IT service management platform: rebuilt request catalogs, SLAs, and approval workflows, standardized documentation, and introduced reporting that gave leadership visibility into support performance.
Processed and analyzed more than 100 million rows of NYC subway ridership data, then built dashboards, visualizations, an API, and a public-facing website so anyone can explore ridership trends by station, borough, and time of day.
Built Python and PowerShell tooling plus REST API integrations that connect ITSM, identity, and asset systems — automating onboarding, offboarding, license cleanup, and recurring reporting that used to be manual work.
An in-progress personal game project built in Unreal Engine — level design, gameplay systems, and Blueprint/C++ logic. A creative outlet for the same problem solving I apply to IT systems.
